Brody Carabello and Leiland Riggleman accounted for more than 400 rushing yards and scored four touchdowns apiece for the Manteca Jr. Buffaloes in a 53-0 walloping of the Lathrop Jr. Spartans junior varsity in Central Valley Youth Football and Cheer action.
Carabello (12 carries, 206 yards) scored on 1-, 10-, 15- and 62-yard runs. Riggelman (12 carries, 200 yards) had a 1-yard touchdown plunge as well as scoring runs of 33, 47 and 52 yards. Blake Scalise also contributed on offense.
Brixton Menchaca-Ortiz and Carabello led the Buffaloes defense with six tackles apiece. Isaiah Fountain and Isaac Fountain added five stops apiece with four each for Bode Hiatt (fumble recovery) and Logan Qualls.

Seven different Cowboys scored in a balanced attack.
Terrance Montgomery (four carries, 45 yards) scored on a 19-yard run, Rogelio Zamudo (four carries 35 yards) scored from 8 yards out, Caden Miller and Landon Sanders and Daniel Bass Jr. each posted a 7-yard scoring run, Bryant Lewis added a 3-yard touchdown run and Giovanni Perry threw a 21-yard scoring pass to Erian Johnson (three carries, 43 yards).
Adrian Sena picked up 55 yards on three carries, Elias Lopez tallied 87 yards on three punt returns and Logan Yagi also contributed to the Manteca offense.
Jonathan Morales led the Cowboys defense with nine tackles. Antonio Sanchez (forced fumble) added seven tackles, Adrian Sena (two forced fumbles, fumble recovery) and Terrrance Montgomery added six tackles each, Logan Yagi (forced fumble), Daniel Bass Jr. and Giovanni Perry all had five tackles apiece; Caden Miller (interception, fumble recovery), Erian Johnson Jr. (forced fumble), Sanders and Devin Cortines all posted four stops apiece with three tackles each for Lopez (two interceptions), Bryan Lewis, Malriq De La Rosa, Louis James Madrid and Brayden Freitas.

Manteca’s John Ellis gained 95 yards rushing and scored a pair of touchdowns.
Ellis scored on 1- and 50-yard runs. Brach Carabello hit Manoah Ellis with a 30-yard touchdown pass. Aris Masudi rushed for 74 yards and Navi Murillo chipped in 72 rushing yards.
John Ellis led the Buffaloes defense with seven tackles. Manoah Ellis added six stops, Franklin Archuleta five with three apiece for Zechariah Angulo (interception), Murillo and Jordan Pena. Aiden Freitas, Ethan Bonderer, Aris Masudi and Austin Fabel contributed to the Buffaloes defense.

Hudson Green scored in the first quarter to put Manteca ahead 6-0.
Green picked up 72 yards on two carries. Mateo Gavino added 59 yards on eight carries and Bailey Ybarra picked up 47 yards on six carries.
Gavino led the Cowboys defense with 10 tackles. Keyth Hart Jr. added six stops, Adrian Mount five and Jayden Ontai four. Sebastian Leon also contributed on defense.

The varsity Rampage put up 21 first-quarter points and coasted to the shutout win in Delta Youth Football League play.
Roman Duvernay and Luke Avila both contributed to the Chargers offense.
Dominic Roa and Nick Hold led the Manteca defense with five tackles apiece. Shayne Saenz added four stops with three each for Luke Avila and Michael Torio.

Manteca’s Danny Olaguibel and Isaiah Middleton each scored a touchdown.
Olaguibel (three carries, 82 yards) scored on a 74-yard run and Middleton (nine carries, 52 yards) posted an 8-yard scoring run.
Olaguibel (blocked punt), Middleton and Stephen Graham tallied five stops apiece for the Chargers and Aiden Spino blocked a punt.
