People will gather today at 10 a.m. at the foot of the new Austin Road interchange on the north side of Highway 99. There will be the usual congratulatory words spoken before the ceremonial ribbon is cut officially marking the completion of the $50 million first phase of the Highway 120 Bypass/Highway 99 Connector Project.
