Manteca is moving forward because of experienced and thoughtful leadership from our Mayor Steve DeBrum.  As a former educator/coach at East Union High School, Sierra High School Athletic Director, and as a current San Joaquin County School Board Trustee, I care deeply about our community and want our young people to be able to grow up in a clean, safe city where they can find jobs and housing.   

Under Mayor DeBrum’s leadership our Council is working to protect Manteca residents by employing more law enforcement officers.  They are bringing in new employers like Great Wolf, Tactical 511 and Penske. These companies can provide jobs for those entering the workforce.  Steve DeBrum serves on the City of Manteca’s 2 x 2 Education Committee which partners with Manteca Unified that promotes collaboration which benefits our children.  As a longtime resident of our community,

 I support leaders who have experience and vision for this city.  Steve DeBrum is a public servant who is not only looking out for Manteca’s current residents, but for future generations as well.
