Wanda Rankins passed away peacefully on April 16, 2016, in Tracy, CA, at the age of 85.  She was born on July 12, 1930, in McKinney, TX, to the late George Paul and Euna Grey Inman. 
   She leaves behind her husband of 64 years, Everett Rankins of Tracy.  Wanda is also survived by her children; Pam Rehkopf and her husband Steve of Manteca, and Keith Rankins and his wife Sara of Ripon.  In addition she leaves behind her grandchildren Jared Rankins and Rachel Rankins of Phoenix, AZ, Emily Kazmierski of La Habra, CA, Ethan Rehkopf of Modesto, CA, and Erin Rehkopt of Manteca, CA as well as great grandchild, Evangeline.
   Wanda loved spending time with her family, and was an excellent cook.  Her cornbread dressing was unbeatable.  Her big Sunday meals were enjoyed by many.  She loved bowling, shopping, Lake Shasta house boating, and touring in their 1912 International auto buggy that husband Everett restored.
   All friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, April 30, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 715 E. North St., Manteca.
