Mr. Kelly is survived by the love of his life, his fiancé Eileen Hammarstrom, his sons; Timothy Kelly Jr. and Justin Kelly, father Michael Kelly Sr., siblings Kari Weigel, Mindy Kelly and Michael Kelly Jr. as well as, several grandchildren.

Tim was a lifetime resident of Manteca and graduated from Manteca High in 1979. He went on to becoming a Sheriff and EMT for San Joaquin County, retiring after 22 years. While working for San Joaquin County, Tim also frequented many Rodeo’s in the area and participated as the Rodeo Clown, he truly enjoyed the atmosphere of each Rodeo he attended. While working as a Sheriff’s office Tim enjoyed working in the Canine unit with his dog Charlie and the Sheriff’s posse. After retirement, Tim then went to work as a Truck Driver and enjoyed traveling in his truck to many beautiful states around the country. Some of his favorite things to do was going to the races, restoring old cars, tending to his many horses, bowling and spending time with his dogs, Zeus and Zoey.

Tim looked forward to his family reunion every year at Murphy’s Park; he truly enjoyed family time and treasured the memories made. He was an extraordinary cook and took extra special care of his fiancé Eileen; he was also there for her with unconditional love and care. Although, Eileen and Tim never were married, he always treated her family like his own, he loved Eileen’s mother Virginia Zepeda and affectionately called her his mother-in-law. Tim will be remembered for his warm bear hugs, his gentle soul, and his quiet nature. He will be missed by all who loved and cared for him.
