It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Steven Raymond Clements, age 27 years on September 13th, 2023, in Kingman, Arizona. 

   Steven was born January 10th, 1996, in Manteca, California to Steven Rodrigues and Stephanie Clements. Hè was preceded in death by his grandparents, Max and Faye Baker of Kingman. He is

survived by his parents, Steven Rodrigues (Kathy), Stephanie Clements, sister Susan Pingel (Adam), of Kingman, brothers, Casey Edwards (Ronia), Adam Edwards, John Edwards (Sara), of Manteca. great grandmother, Elsie

Larsen of Vacaville, grandparents, Bob and Pam Dell of Coarsegold and many aunts, uncles and cousins who loved

him.

   Steven was an easy-going person with an infectious laugh and no matter how much trouble he was in or how mad you were at him when he would smile at you it was hard not to smile back. He grew up in Manteca and spent many hours riding his skateboard around town and at the local parks. He loved people and made friends easily. He was a kindhearted person, and he had a soft spot for animals.

   He will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved him. Date and time of service to be announced.
