Sandra German passed away surrounded by her family on June 19, 2020.
She leaves behind her loving husband of 56 years, David, as well as her daughter Kristy Price of Manteca and son Kevin (Kimberly) German of Reno. She was blessed with three grandchildren, Kori Price, Rochelle Price and Morgan Stetson (German) and three great- grandchildren Brayden Price, Carter Stetson and Penelope Stetson. She is preceded in death by her sister Sharon Woelfel and brother Brett Dohrman. She is survived by her brothers, Wayne Dohrman, John Dorhman and Danny Line.
Sandy, as she was affectionately known to her friends and family, was born in Los Angeles, CA and spent her entire life as a California girl. Graduating from North High School in Torrance in 1962, she also spent time in Redondo Beach, Apple Valley, Big Bear Lake, Exeter and finally settling in Manteca for the last 43 years where her and Dave raised their two children. A portion of her career was spent in the medical front office industry where Sandy built lifelong friendships that thrive to this day. She also spent many years in childcare where she was able to nurture future generations with the love and kindness that was so apparent to anyone who knew her. Sandy enjoyed card games, camping, scapbooking, knitting and spending time with her friends and family. Her perfect day was spending quality time with her three granddaughters who enjoyed making goofy improvised music videos for grandma’s entertainment.
P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the German family. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a celebration of life service has been scheduled but is private. An online guestbook is available for condolences at www.plfryandson.com
