Robert (Bob) Geringer was born on November 2, 1936 in Rocky Ford, Colorado. He passed away on January 26, 2022 in Manteca, California. In heaven, he joins his wife of 52 years, Margaret. He is survived by his children, Robert (Bobby) Geringer and his wife Judy of Pleasant Hill, CA, Raymond Geringer of Eugene, OR and Brenda Geringer and her fiancé John Coffman of Manteca, CA. He was blessed with three grandchildren, the late Stephanie Geringer, Kayla Coffman, Noah Coffman and his great-granddaughter Isabella Geringer. He was preceded in death by his siblings, George, Bernice and Ruth.
Bob graduated from Manteca High School in 1955. He served in the National Guard and worked for Center Plumbing for 42 years as a heating and air conditioning repairman. He was an avid rock collector and was a member of the Manteca Gem and Mineral Club. He loved to spend time with family and friends camping and fishing and also enjoyed breakfast dates with his friends at Johnny’s. He was an outgoing and sociable man who will be missed by his family.
