Rebecca A. Miller she peacefully departed at her home on March 15, 2024. She was born in Mansfield, Ohio on February 10, 1952.
“Becky” was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to many. She was a single mother to two children and moved from Ohio to California 40 years ago. She went to school to become a journeyman carpenter and was the first female of Local 152 for 15 years. Becky was more than a journeyman carpenter for 15 years; she was a trailblazer in a field where few women dared to venture. Her craftsmanship was only matched by her resilience and determination. After she retired she worked at Miner Mart in Manteca for several years where she met many new friends who loved her dearly.
She was survived by her son, Brian Clark, daughter Tamara Gonsalez, grandsons David Gonsalez, Johnny Gonsalez, granddaughter Ashly Gonsalez and great-granddaughter Ayva Gonsalez. Becky’s spirit lives on in the hearts of her children, grandchildren, and great=grandchildren, who will forever be inspired by her strength and kindness. Thought she may be gone, her legacy of love and perseverance will continue to guide and inspire all who knew her.
A celebration of her life will be held at Tracy Wildlife Association, 12222 Finck Rd. Tracy, Ca. on April 21st, 2024 from 1p.m-6 p.m. Please rsvp through Miner Mart or through text <\@> 209-665-8062. Remembrances can be made at Parkview Mortuary website.
