Neil Seipel was born into the world as Cornelius William on June 13, 1939 to Nikolas and Mabel in Riverside, California. Neil peacefully passed at the age of 82 on October 18, 2022.

His home proximity allowed him to walk to elementary school, Riverside Polytechnic High school and Junior College. Once he graduated from high school, he got a job cutting lawns and hedges in his neighborhood. As he got older, Neil worked in restaurants, hotels, cab driver, bus driver and construction. His passion was mowing lawns for the neighborhood to earn extra money.

Driving a bus is where he met his first wife, got married in 1961 and moved to the Manteca area.  Neil first day of work at Libby Owen’s Ford Glass company in Lathrop was April 13, 1965. He worked in

the maintenance department for 21 years and moved into the production department where he inspected each sheet of glass, totaling 1200-1800 sheets over a six hour period. When passing random cars, he would boast about touching the glass and making sure it was up to company standards. The

company supplied 80 percent of the auto glass to General Motors.  Neil retired on December 31, 2000, at 61 years of age. He gave 35 years of service. Prior to retiring, he told himself, “when I retire, it is MY time” and I will get rid of the invisible hand in his daily work routine.  Retirement allowed him to travel to Europe, Rome, Germany, Belgium, Austria and London. He took up reading and subscribed to 17 magazines. Reading enabled his mind and soul to visit places and increase

his brain knowledge. Being the thinking person he was, he created “Neil Nourishing Nuggets”. He loves to share then to practice his definition of living. Living is giving; giving is living; for nothing has value until it's shared.

Neil is preceded in death by his parents, his sisters Bernadine and Arneta and great-grandson Amadues.  He leaves behind his children Pamela Cozier (Craig), Tevani Liotard (Jeff), Perri Scott (Anita) and Khris Rothdeutsch (Scott), seven grandchildren and four great- grandchildren.
