Naomi is survived by her son, Dennis Raff & his wife Brenda of Manteca. Her daughter, Catherine Raff of Irwin, Texas. Grandchildren, Christopher, Jacob & Nicole. Naomi was born July 13, 1937 to Glen & Mary Lasley in Caddo County, Oklahoma on the family farm near Hydro. The Lasleys made the move to Oakdale, CA then to Sonoma, CA. While attending Sonoma High School she met her life’s love Jim Raff. They were married December 17th, 1955 and never left each other’s side.
Naomi worked at Sonoma State Hospital first as a telephone operator and then as a psychiatric technician.
In the mid 1960’s the Raff’s relocated from Sonoma to Stockton for a short time and then settled in Manteca where Naomi worked at Stockton State Hospital as a psychiatric technician then as a LVN at Manteca Hospital.
In the mid-70s Jim’s construction superintendent career blossomed and allowed them to realize their long time dream of traveling the country as a husband & wife construction team. Their commitment and love for each other afforded them the memories and experiences they so richly deserved.
We’ll miss your sense of humor and love Noni. We will always love you.
