Markley Paul Jermane passed away peacefully on June 29, 2023 in Ripon at the age of 84. Mark was born on March 22, 1939 in Oakland, California to parents, Kenneth and Claudia Jermane.
Mark was a resident of San Leandro for 50 years and then settled in Ripon 8 years ago. After graduating from high school, Mark enlisted and served in the US Navy. After being discharged, Mark became a plumber and would work his way up to being the Superintendent for the Plumber’s Union. When he wasn't working, Mark enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, fishing and scuba diving for abalone. He also enjoyed playing golf,
winning at cards and watching westerns. He will be remembered for his deep love for his family and friends and making the best crab cioppino.
Mark leaves behind his wife of 65 years, Sharon Jermane, his daughters, Ann Coombs and Mary Lagomarsino and his grandchildren, Savanna, Clairess, Antonio, Hayley, Miranda and Danielle along with four great-grandchildren. Mark also leaves behind his brother, Richard Jermane.
