Leroy (Lee) joined the Lord in heaven after a long illness on June 5, 2020.
He is survived by his wife Marty of 43 years, and two children, Audrey Terrano and Michael David Maldonado. Lee is also survived by five siblings, Dan Jr. (Jerri), David (Louann) Santiago, Adline (John) Atkinson, Noami Santiago, Prisilla Ochoa. Lee's grandchildren are Celina Graves, Torrey Gallegos, Tiana Kissendaner, Shonnedra Robinson, Eva and Raymond Pitts and Lezleigh Maldonado and numerous nieces and nephews, who will miss their papa.
Lee was a retired electrician of over 20 years. He loved his work. But he loved being retired more. He and Marty enjoyed traveling in their motorhome, fishing, motorcycle riding, and taking cruises. And then they found the Manteca Police Dept. SHARP Unit. That became their passion for over 11 years. They met and gained many friends as well as a feeling of well being by helping out in the community..
Because of COVID 19 there will be no service at this time, but Lee's last wish would be instead of flowers, please donate to the MPD SHARP Unit for all their endeavors for the community.
