Kathie Miller passed away at Garden City Healthcare Center in Modesto, Ca. on March 1, 2025.

Kathie was born in Point Reyes, Ca to Delbert Kisner & Helen Ann Arhontes Kisner.

She is survived by her daughter Jennifer Perriera (Frank) of Oakdale, Ca. Grandson Jacob Perriera of Oakdale, Ca. Brother Roy Kisner (Bobbi) of Manteca, Ca. Nephew: Timothy Kisner (Allison) of Palm Coast, Fl. & Niece: Traci Patterson (Jason) of Manteca, Ca. 

Preceded in death:  Delbert Kisner, Helen Kisner & Son Russell B. Miller.

She leaves behind one Aunt, many cousins and close family friends. 

Celebration of life is on March 21st, 2025 at Mountain View Church 311 North 8th St. Oakdale, Ca 95361.  Service starts at 1pm with a light lunch served afterwards.
