“He will swallow up death forever. Then the Lord God will wipe away the tears from all faces” - Isaiah 25:8.

   Julie Rae Gutierrez, 59, entered into eternal rest on April 8, 2023 in Manteca, CA after a long battle of illness. 

   Julie is survived by her five children, Rachel Hernandez, Maria Mota, Michael Kennedy, Richard Gutierrez, Alia Cotton, and eight grandchildren. 

   She is also survived by brothers, Tony (Susan) Gutierrez, Jaime Duran, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins, and friends. Julie is joined in heaven with her mother Charlene and her sister Debra.

   Julie enjoyed fishing, listening to music, playing Santa during the holidays, and hosting bible studies with friends. No services will be held per her request. Instead, she wished to be remembered in good times and as ‘Old School Julie’.
