Evelyn Rosalee Cook (Thomsen) was born March 1, 1936 to Francis E. Cook and Eva M. Holly in Corrine, Utah.  She was the 11th of thirteen children.  To all of Evelyn's family and friends she is known as Rosie or Aunt Rosie.

   Rosie's was preceded  in death by her loving husband of 66 years Ernest Thomsen (Ernie) and parents and all of her siblings, nephew Richard Horn, nieces Heidi Beglinger and Rose Marie Beglinger.  She is survived by her children Juli Shattuck (Edward), Alice Tolliver (Kenneth), Warren Thomsen, Francis Thomsen and Nick Beglinger (Diane), Judy Beglinger Stephenson (William), Chris Beglinger, 16 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren and too numerous to count nieces and nephews.

   P. L. Fry  and Son is honored to be serving the Thomsen family. A visitation will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at the church of Jesus Christ latter-day Saints, 1233 Northgate Dr.  Manteca followed by a funeral service at 1 p.m..
