David Francis Gallagher, age 94 passed away peacefully on January 17, 2022 with his family by his side. David, a proud husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and WWII veteran.
He is survived by his five children, six grandchildren, three great- grandchildren, brother, nieces and nephews. David's love for our country was demonstrated by his big heart and service as an WWII Army Air Force veteran. After military service and graduating from KU, Dave began his engineering career at General Motors in Kansas City, MO and continued as GM Plant Engineer in Fremont, California for 35 years. Dave's hobbies included sailing, painting, woodworking, camping, church designing, family, and traveling with Gwen.
