Barbara was dearly loved by her family and friends and she loved her family more than imaginable.  She touched many lives and always found a way to volunteer in her communities from San Jose, Grass Valley, Nevada City and most recently Manteca.

   God blessed her with many gifts and talents.  She was able to express God’s beauty through her painting and love of people.  Many of her artistic works were displayed in art galleries, shows, in murals and she loved creating pieces for those special to her.  She always had a gift to consider all she met a friend and call them by name.  All that knew her loved her and she will be greatly missed.  We look forward to being reunited with her in heaven.

   Barbara is survived by her husband of 65 years, LaVell Bock, and her children, Leanne and Terry Covington, Lynell and Kirk Fraley, Brynda and Mike Rice and Bradford Bock. She leaves behind her grandchildren; Katrina Thrasher, Derek Covington, Kyle Fraley, Chad Covington, Maryssa Fraley, Brett Rice and Daniel Rice. She is survived by her siblings Lawanda Moore and Glenn New.
