DeleteAdeline Gomes, 86, entered into rest on August 22, 2011 in Manteca, California. She was born on March 22, 1925 in Tracy, California. She joins her husband in heaven, Alvin Gomes.

Mrs. Gomes is survived by her daughter, Crystal Bassi of Manteca and her husband Ed. She was blessed with one granddaughter, Megan Bassi of Manteca. She has three surviving siblings; Eva Gonsalves of Tracy, Danny
Mello of Escalon, and Frank Mello of San Jose.

Adeline was in real estate for over 10 years. She was a member of the Moose Lodge of Manteca. She
enjoyed tending to her yard, spending time outside and relaxing with a good book.  She loved taking walks and
being with her family. Adeline will be remembered as a reserved lady with a loving heart. She will be missed.
