The 2nd Annual Tacos & Tequila fundraiser to benefit St. Anthony of Padua School in Manteca takes place Friday, Oct. 11 from 6 p.m. to midnight in the St. Anthony’s School gymnasium. 

Dinner will be served from 6 to 9 p.m. Guests will be able to enjoy tacos from local taquerias, such as Taqueria La Estrella and Ricas Taquizas.  Manana Tequila will host a tequila tasting featuring their Silver Resposado and Anejo Tequilas. 

Music for the evening will be provided by the Mike Torres Band, the 2008 San Joaquin Magazine’s “Best Local Band”.   The ticket for the event is $20 per person which will include three tacos, rice and beans, and one complementary drink.
