STOCKTON — The Market at Delta College has added Fridays to its summer festivities from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Delta’s Budd 4 Parking lot. 

The Friday Market at Delta College will run through Aug. 1, and compliment the weekend Market at Delta Saturdays and Sundays from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Fidel Cabuena, Delta’s Director of Auxiliary Services, points out that Friday market vendors can get a price break.

 “Vendors can purchase a space for half price on Fridays — $10 vs. $20 on weekends.” Cabuena emphasizes, “Delta’s Friday Market should be a great time for adults and kids, in addition to the opportunity to shop for produce, gifts, clothing and a full range of merchandise at great prices.”

Proceeds from the Market at Delta College will help fund the Passport to College Program. Passport to College will provide free tuition to 5th graders who enrolled in the Passport program in 2006.
