Stockton Ave. warehouse remodeling before city

The City of Ripon’s Department of Planning and Economic Development recently received a project referral on an existing warehouse building at 131 N. Stockton Ave.

The applicant is requesting to remodel / rebuild a 4,000 square foot structure (80- by- 50- foot warehouse) in the Heavy Industrial District part of town.

“This use is permissible in this zone and will be required to meet all industrial development requirements, including adequate parking,” according to the Oct. 1 project description.

Conditions of approval or any added comments on this Minor Site Review must be received by the Planning Department no later than 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 12.
