The Ripon Unified school board approved the hirings of six substitutes and an afterschool assistant at Monday’s monthly session.

Gracyn Taylor is the certificated sub while Rojelio Hermosillo-Alcantar is being brought on as the custodial sub.

Pauline Klippenstein was added to the Instructional Aide substitute pool and Amanda Mayfield, Amarpal Kaur, and Deejay Fannon are all the new paraeducator substitutes.

In addition, Suzanna Carey, an assistant, is the newcomer to the Ripon Afterschool Program.

Trustees also accepted one resignation from Ripon High.
