The City of Ripon’s Department of Planning and Economic Development recently received a project referral calling for the construction of a metal building which, if approved, would also serve as a new garage.

The project calls for a business in the 120 block of First Street to demolish an existing two-car garage (20 by 20 feet) and construct a new 40-by-40-foot structure with three roll-up doors – size to be determine – along with metal siding and custom quartzite stone along the entire front of the building.

All appropriated comments / conditions of approval on this project can be forwarded to the Planning Department no later than 5 p.m. April 30 in order to be included in the staff report.
