Splash Car Wash & Detail is finally open for business.

The area’s only full-service car wash and detail – that’s according to Ruby Sidhu, who along with his brothers, Randy Brar and Sunny Singh, has several such businesses in Santa Rosa, El Dorado Hills, and in Sacramento County – is located at 1810 E. Yosemite Ave.

“We can hand wash, do full service (inside /outside) and express (outside only) with complete detail services like carpet shampoo, wax, buff imperfections, headlights, seats, and ceramic coating and paint,” said Sidhu, who also offers a reasonably-priced monthly memberships.

“We have the cheapest monthly membership in town,” he added.

Sidhu and his brothers converted the 32,000-square-foot lot formerly Showtime Car Wash – no small task given the dilapidated conditions of the facility. The original plan was to open in the summer of 2021 but that was delayed due to various obstacles including the COVID-19 pandemic.

Splash Car Wash & Detail now shines as the newest business along the much-traveled Gateway of Yosemite, on Yosemite Avenue / Highway 120, just off Highway 99.

Sidhu, Brar and Singh reside in the Manteca-Lathrop area and also operate Mendocino Avenue Car Wash & Detail Center in Santa Rosa and Suds Carwash & Detail in El Dorado Hills. Like Splash, both places were converted from existing car wash facilities.

Splash, like the other out-of-town businesses, offers flex – in this case, options consisting of upholstery shampooing, steam cleaning, and hand washing, etc. – cleaning, combining express interior and full-service type car washes.

In addition, Splash is offering discounted rates for seniors and families of veterans and law enforcement, and will sponsor local schools as well with the “Wash for School” program, with a certain percentage of the car washes going back to the schools.

Open seven days of week, Splash’s hours of operation are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
