Manteca Unified outreach
Early registration for students who will be new to Manteca Unified for the upcoming 2025/26 school will begin on Jan. 13.
By registering as soon as possible, parents will have the greatest chance of getting their child a spot at their school of residence, especially if it’s impacted.
Neighborhood elementary school space is often at a premium in areas such as the fast growing areas south of the 120 Bypass
Early registration will close on February 28. Families are encouraged to register as soon as possible.
Open Enrollment will also begin on Jan. 13.
Open Enrollment allows families to apply to have their child(ren) attend another MUSD school other than their school of residence.
Open Enrollment forms will be completed online using the MUSD website. All digital Open Enrollment forms must be submitted by Feb. 28 to be considered.
Visit www.mantecausd.net/registration for eligibility and enrollment information.
Families who live within MUSD boundaries have an opportunity to give their youngest learners a strong start with Transitional Kindergarten (TK).
It is a state-funded, optional program designed to prepare children for kindergarten and beyond.
All age-eligible children residing within MUSD boundaries are encouraged to enroll in the program, which provides a nurturing, full-day learning environment tailored to early learners with a lower staff-to-student ratio.
To qualify, children must turn 4 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2025. For more information, visit www.mantecausd.net/TK.
For questions, contact your child's school of residence or call the MUSD District Office at (209) 825-3200.
