Nile Garden Elementary School bid adieu to 51 eighth graders at Wednesday’s annual Promotion Ceremony.
They filed in, two by two — for the most part — taking their seats on roped out section on the familiar quad area of campus.
Classmates Angelina Gutierrez and Josslyn Neese welcomed those in attendance not long after Anthony Johnson led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Principal Deborah Noceti-Ward and Vice Principal Katie Francis had the honors of distributing the Certificates of Promotion.
