Manteca Unified has selected four non-teaching professionals as Employees of the Year who have directly impacted student success and safety.
These individuals were nominated by their supervisors and selected by a committee of executive leadership that carefully reviewed each nomination.
They are:
*Traey Kestyus, Budget/Accounting Technician , Category: Clerical and Administrative Services
“Tracey embodies an incredibly strong work ethic, approaching every task with the same level of dedication and precision. She is always willing to lend a helping hand, and frequently goes above and beyond to assist others. For over 20 years, her commitment to the department and the students we serve has never wavered. Her positive attitude and constant smile brighten our workplace, making her an invaluable asset to our team.” – Nutrition Education Team
*Paula Reynoso, Main Kitchen Operator, Category: Food and Nutrition Services

Halla also won the 2025 San Joaquin Office of Education Employee of the Year in the Transportation Services category.
