Frank Gonzales is moving on to the Manteca Unified District Office.
He was announced as the new Director of Students Services on Wednesday.
Since 2011, Gonzales served as principal at Manteca High.
He made it known that the unique needs and the overall well-being of students will be his priorities as he begins his new role with the district.
“I am very excited to begin this new chapter of my career and looking forward to serving our community in this capacity,” Gonzales said in the MUSD press release.
He added: “To help students achieve individual success, it is important to me to continue to support all MUSD populations in healthy, positive learning environments.”
Gonzales is looking forward to continuing to build on MUSD’s tiered approach towards educating all students at high levels, and is excited to develop collaborative relationships with all employees of the district.
He’s a graduate of East Union high.
Gonzales attended Delta College and earned his degree in History at Stanislaus State.
He went on to receive his teaching credential from National University and his Masters from the University of La Verne.
Frank Gonzales’ teaching career began at Neil Hafley Elementary School. He followed that with tenures at East Union – his alma mater – and Sierra High.
