Jameson “Jammers” Everson is fighting a rare brain cancer.

A lemonade and cookies fundraiser today from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 2027 Geneva Way off of Airport Way and west of Zurich Park and Stella Brockman School will help support the youth in his effort to deal with cancer.

He was diagnosed in April 2020 with a diffuse leptomeningeal  glioneuronal brain tumor.

There is no cure for the tumors that won’t go away.

Removing them is problematic due to him having over 100 tumors on his brain and his spine.

Everson is doing chemo with the hope the tumors don’t grow.

He is in a wheelchair and has yet to talk but those helping support the family note that he is always smiling.
