The Lathrop Crossroad Industrial Project is an industrial development of about 25 acres for up to 453,904 square feet of warehouse buildings along South Howland Road and D’Arcy Parkway.
An initial study and a mitigation negative declaration – a California Environmental Quality Act document that states a project’s potential significant environmental impacts are less-than-significant, thus, avoiding a full Environmental Impact Report – was approved for the project back on Nov 30 2022.
The Lathrop Planning Commission will revisit this project at 6 p.m. Wednesday in the City Council Chamber, 390 Centre Drive.
On the agenda is a resolution requesting an approval on a one-year time extension to the previously approved for the Lathrop Crossroads Industrial Project site plan review.
Plans on this project also call for on-site circulation, truck and light vehicle parking, utility services, and landscaping.
Planning commissioners will also at the General Plan for the fiscal year 2025-2026 and the 2026-2027 Capital Improvement Project.
