Officers made three DUI arrests during that time – in California, the legal limit for Blood Alcohol Content is 0.08 percent – with two having BAC levels that was “more than twice the limit,” said police via social media.

During one of the DUI investigations, officers observed a vehicle failing to maintain its lane” and conducted a traffic stop. That driver was found to be intoxicated with a BAC being twice the legal limit.

In another case, the driver attempted to flee the scene on foot after exiting the vehicle. “The driver was apprehended after a brief pursuit and was determined to be under the influence of alcohol,” police said.

They responded to a report of disabled vehicle in the road in the third incident. Police located the uninjured driver, who was found to have a BAC of “more than four times the legal limit,” according to the March 16 post.
