In-N-Out looking to open second Manteca location

Mayor Gary Singh has indicated In-N-Out is looking for a second location in Manteca.

The area the California-based burger chain is looking at is south of the 120 Bypass.

South of the Bypass is where Food 4 Less is building its second store.

It will be the anchor of the shopping center now under construction on the northwest corner of Atherton Drive and Airport Way.

The same center will house what will be Manteca’s third Dutch Bros drive thru coffee location.

Save Mart already has two stores in Manteca.

The city’s second Chipotle has plans approved for a location south of the 120 Bypass when the shopping center on the southwest corner of Atherton Drive and Main Street breaks ground.

It is the same center where Manteca’s fifth McDonald’s will be built.

Starbucks is the leader with multiple stores in Manteca at seven if you include locations in both Target and Safeway.

Number three with multiple locations is the home-grown La Estrella taquerias with four stores.

One last tidbit.

Before Manteca snagged its second McDonald’s, it landed its second Baskin Robbins. Bothe ice cream stores are on Main Street.
