Prestige Senior Living is staging an Easter celebration on Friday, March 29, from 3 to 5 p.m.
It is one of a number being planned in Manteca.
The Prestige event includes a mini farmers market, live entertainment, kids photos with the Easter Bunny, live rabbits to pet, an Easter egg hunt, a planting table, egg races, raffles every 15 minutes and more.
Prestige Senior Living is at 1130 Empire Avenue off of East Louise Avenue east of Highway 99.

Bass Pro offers free
Easter Bunny photos
Bass Pro Shops at Orchard Valley invites families to celebrate spring by offering free photos with the Easter Bunny.
Families are encouraged to make a free advanced reservation online (www.basspro.com/easter) to receive a free, studio-quality 4x6 color photo.
Photo package upgrades will also be available.
Bass Pro will offer free foam bunny picture frames and giveaways for participants, while supplies last.
The dates are Saturday, March 23 through Sunday, March 31.

Museum Easter event
The Manteca Historical Society “Easter Eggs-travaganza” is planned for Saturday, March 30, in the parking lot of the Manteca Historical Museum, 600 W. Yosemite Ave., from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Admission to the “Easter Eggs-travaganza” is free. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Egg hunts are planned for children ages 3 to 6 and for those ages 7 through 10.
Among the games and activities will be “Pin the Tail on the Bunny,” “Find the Egg in the Hay,” “Easter Bonnet Contest,” and the “Easter Egg Parade Walk”
As for food, “Easter Egg-travaganza” will be selling a hotdog meal with chips and soda for $5. Free popcorn will be on hand for those in attendance.
In addition, the museum and gift shop will be open for viewing.
The Manteca Historical Museum operates strictly through volunteers and memberships. Cost for the latter is $15 per year and $5 per year for a student membership.
