The City of Ripon’s Department of Planning and Economic Development recently received a project referral on a request to build an add-on to an existing building at 511 S. Stockton Ave.

According to the Dec. 5 project description, the applicant is looking to construct a 418 square-foot carport addition to the existing 3,747 square-foot building in the area zoned for Light Industrial.

This proposed addition will be a metal structure with an associated 2-hour firewall on the south side of the building.

The Planning Department will receive all appropriated comments / conditions of approval – that’s in order to be incorporated in the staff report – no later than 5 p.m. Monday, Jan. 6.
