The Community Stage at this weekend’s 63rd annual Almond Blossom Festival at the Mistlin Sports Park will offer up plenty of regional and local musical acts.

Opening up on Friday’s Teen Night is the GK Music lineup consisting of Blank Page (4 p.m.), Daydream (4:30), Tater Tots (5 o’clock), On the Way (5:30), Edge of Eden (6 o’clock), Friday Night Riot (6:30), Down The Avenue (7 o’clock), and Midnight Haze (7:30).

On Saturday, Sweet and the Homemade Jam Band opens up ABF Day 2, performing from noon to 2 p.m., followed by Ripon’s original classic rock band MF Silverado (4 p.m. to 6 p.m.), and concluding with the Green Day / Blink 182 tribute band Green 182 (7 to 8 p.m.).

Andrew Perez, who is a music educator by day and a performer by night, will be on guitar Sunday from noon to 2 p.m.

He’ll be followed by local musician, singer, songwriter Kayla Just, who will close out ABF 2025, performing from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The three-day event which begins today will include the carnival, vendors, live music, food, the Fun Run, Diaper Derby, parade and variety of community events around town.

The carnival and vendor fair will once again take place at the Mistlin Sports Park, 1201 River Road, Including will be family-friendly carnival rides along with an estimated 100 vendor booths offering a variety of foods, arts and crafts, and informational items.

Cost for parking is $5 (cash-only, with proceeds going to non-profit organizations) while there is no fee to enter the vendor area.

Tickets for carnival rides will be available at the carnival ticket booth for those who didn’t purchase the discounted presale unlimited ride wristbands.

Pets are allowed but must be on a leash.

No alcohol will be permitted in the park at any time.

Carnival hours will be from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Thursday ($2 ride night); 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday (teen night, performances of local bands on the main stage); 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday; and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.

Vendor hours will be from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday; 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday; and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
