A 24-year-old Tracy man is in serious condition after the Ford sedan he was driving eastbound in the 1300 block of W. Louise Avenue west of Union Road left the roadway Thursday at 11:10 a.m. and collided with several trees and a water main before it rolled over, ejecting both the driver and a dog. The driver was found unconscious but breathing. There were no other occupants in the sedan and no other vehicles were involved. The dog ran away and was not located. Any witnesses  are urged to call the Manteca Police Department Dispatch at 209.456.8101 to provide a statement to investigators. The case number is 24-05474.
