Tango masters return to Modesto on Oct. 29

MODESTO - Hugo (Gato) Valdez and Andrea Monti, organizers of the U.S. division of the tango world cup held in Buenos Aires every August, will return to Modesto to conduct workshops and perform at an Argentine tango party (milonga).
