One of Manteca's longest running Safe Halloween carnivals will take Saturday, October 31, from 5 to 8 p.m. at St. Paul's United Methodist Church in the gym.
The Lathrop Elementary School was packed with a steady flow of families on Oct. 17 as the school decided to bring back the carnivals of the past at Lathrop, originally started by the Mother's Club back in the late 1950s.
