Tracy Press Editor and Vice President Cheri Matthews confirmed Thursday that the Matthews family – publishers of the Tracy Press since 1898 – is obtaining full ownership of the Manteca-based weekly. Two motorists arrested, 3 vehicles impounded

It was a full moon Friday night – not a good omen for motorists driving into the North Main Street DUI checkpoint cone zone where two were arrested for drinking and driving and three others had their vehicles impounded.
